Managed IT and help desk for Atlanta small businesses

Your own IT department without the payroll. We look after your computers, servers, email and users, and your staff call us directly when something breaks.

What's included

  • Help desk by phone and email, with every request tracked in a ticket
  • 24/7 monitoring and automatic alerts for computers and servers
  • Windows and software updates, antivirus and endpoint protection
  • Backups for files, servers and Microsoft 365, with tested restores
  • Remote support in minutes and onsite visits across metro Atlanta
  • New-hire setup and offboarding: accounts, laptops and access removed the same day

Who it's for

Companies with 1 to 100 users that don't have, or don't want, a full-time IT person: real estate, medical and professional offices, contractors, nonprofits and growing companies.

If you already have an internal IT person, we can back them up with monitoring, after-hours coverage and project help.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

We sell Microsoft 365 licenses directly, set up email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and move companies between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including during mergers and acquisitions.

  • License purchasing and right-sizing, so you stop paying for unused seats
  • Email migrations and forwarding with no lost mail
  • Shared mailboxes, file sharing and permissions set up properly
  • Security defaults: MFA, conditional access and phishing protection

Common questions

How much does managed IT cost?

Most small offices are billed per user per month, based on what you need covered. Call us for a quick quote; we'll tell you up front what is and isn't included.

Do you only work remotely?

No. Most issues are fixed remotely because it's faster, but we come onsite anywhere in metro Atlanta for hardware, network and office-move work.

How do we contact support?

Call 404-923-0302 or email support@techplusatlanta.com. Emails automatically open a ticket so your request is tracked until it's resolved.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We document what you have, collect admin access and passwords, and handle the changeover so your staff barely notice.

Something not working? Call the people who fix it.

Talk to a technician, not a call center. If we can fix it remotely, we usually do it while you're on the phone.
